Dr. Mizushima is the Professor Emeritus of the University of Tokyo. Currenly
he teaches "Global Economic History" at the Open University of
Japan as a visiting professor. He is also affiliated as fellow with the
Research Institute for Languages and Cultures of Asia and Africa, Tokyo
University of Foreign Studies.
